Our Export Process

From the forests of Central Europe to Hai Phong port, Vietnam — a transparent, documented process you can trust.

Step 1

Forest Selection

We source European hardwood logs from certified forests in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Each lot is traced back to its origin for full chain-of-custody compliance.

Step 2

Log Preparation

Logs are selected, cut to specified lengths, and graded by diameter. Quality inspectors verify dimensions and visual grade before release.

Step 3

Documentation

We prepare the phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, and EU export declaration — all required for smooth customs clearance in Vietnam.

Step 4

Container Loading

Logs are securely loaded into 20' or 40' containers with proper bracing. Container seals are recorded and photographed for your records.

Step 5

Sea Freight to Hai Phong

Shipments depart from European ports (Hamburg, Koper, Trieste) with destination Hai Phong, Vietnam. Typical transit: 25–35 days. Marine insurance included under CIF Incoterm.

Step 6

CIF Incoterm Port Delivery
